Joe Francis - father and sons are players

Joe Francis was an NFL player in the 50s, even being named MVP in 1958. He stemmed from Hawaii, and made it big playing quarterback for Oregon State. He was drafted in the fifth round of the 1958 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers, where he played two seasons. Joseph Francis also played two seasons with the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League from 1961-1962. Joe's two sons folllowed in their father's footsteps: Jon Francis played running back for the Los Angeles Rams, and Ikaika Alama-Francis played as a defensive end for the Detroit Lions.
